TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of services provided by SunnyJoy Ability Care
Pvt Ltd.

SERVICES
We provide NDIS-funded disability support services including home care,
nursing care, household tasks, support coordination, allied health services,
community participation, and disability care.

ELIGIBILITY
Participants must hold a valid NDIS plan or be willing to access services
through self-funded arrangements.

SERVICE AGREEMENTS
A formal Service Agreement will be established with each participant
outlining specific supports, schedules, fees, and cancellation policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
– Late cancellations may incur a fee as per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements
– Repeated cancellations may result in a review of service arrangements

FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees are charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Invoices
are issued monthly and are due within 14 days.

MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated
to participants in writing.
